We have an order form that requires information from the consumer. Consumers must provide contact information and financial information for order processing. Contact information collected may be used if we have trouble processing the order. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line. The information we collect is used for shipping and billing purposes.
DELIVERY
Stock Items are usually shipped same day or within 24 hours of Order Confirmation. Non stocked pre-manufactured items are usually shipped within 14-16 business days. We ship by the customer's requested level of service and quote delivery dates provided by the shippers, as we have no control over the package once it leaves our premises. We are not responsible for delays in delivery by shippers or freight carriers due to weather or for any other reason. If delivery time is critical please call us or message before ordering.

Changes on our privacy policy will be posted on our privacy page with the current date.
