years of Mr. Cedee B. Neo's elementary schooling
when his mother, Mrs. Demetria Bilbao-Neo of Maslog,
Albay, Philippines, a pharmacist by trade and a entrepreneur herself
initially shared to him the formula of host making, His mother
inspired in him to tap the well-spring of business imparting the
knowledge and skills for rosary making, crucifix making, easter-egg
          making and the like.

The fundamentals of host making were learned when he received his
formative seminary years (1967-1971) at Seminario Menor de San Carlos
in Mabolo, Cebu City, Philippines. Sometime the school year 1969/1970
he learned formally the host making techniques under the tutelage of
the late Rt. Rev. Msgr. Alberto Belarmino,
HP, the seminary Rector then. Likewise, the Father Rector
imparted to him the knowledge and skills for the candle and chalk
          making.

As Director - General Manager of bakery management operations from
1992 to 1996 in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, he further enhanced
his knowledge of bakeshop operations in preparation for the host
making business. During his four-year stint in the bakery management,
he attended annual conventions governing Food Processing Safety and
Quality Products and Services, Water Safety and Environmental
          Microbiology and Environmental Management Systems.

He was made a member of American Baker's Association of Las Vegas, NV,
USA. Concurrently, the Southern Nevada Health District of Las Vegas,
NV 89127, USA, issued in his name a Health Card bearing the number
          01208384.

On his trip to Rome, Italy he formally secured the official Vatican
guidelines in host making. The host making was intended to be
established in Las Vegas, NV, USA so as to serve the 63 million
Catholic constituents of America. However, considering the high cost
of labor and supplies and of putting up a factory for host making in
the USA, it was initially decided to set up instead a factory host
making in Cebu, Philippines - the Cradle of Christianity in Asia.

On August 15, 2007, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) issued
a Certificate of Business Registration no. 00200765 to DONEO
HOST MAKING (Phil); likewise, on August 24, 2007 the Bureau
of Internal Revenue (BIR) issued the corresponding certificate OCN no.
2RC0000083442. Other Certifications followed, to wit: Fire Safety
Inspection Permit no. 1873-S'07 Sanitary Permit no. 3779, and Mayors
          Business Permit no. 097893.

By November 2007, DONEO HOST MAKING began serving
the needs of the Catholic Churches of Archdiocese of Cebu with the
priests, the nuns and the laity regularly visiting and availing of the
host for their daily requirements. Other Religious and Trading stores
also come to make orders for sale not only in Cebu Province but also
for customers in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao provinces. Moreover, some
hosts have already been exported to the U.S.A., Europe and neighboring
          Catholic countries as well.

DONEO HOST MAKING  (Phil) sees the need to expand its
operations in view of meeting the demands for hosts for the Catholic
constituents in the Philippines estimated at 81% of the current
population of 95 million. With the expansion in place, plans are set
to export regularly the hosts (unleavened altar bread) to the USA and
          the neighboring nations' Catholic Churches.
